2. Product Information
FSS manufactures and distributes Structural Concrete Insulated Panels (SCIP) and related materials. Product dimensions, coverage, and performance values are provided for general reference and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
We make every effort to display product details accurately. However, FSS does not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Minor variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
FSS reserves the right to:
- Correct pricing errors before or after an order is submitted.
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Require additional verification for large or unusual orders.
Sales tax, shipping, and handling charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise arranged through an approved FSS quote.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.
All payments must clear prior to shipment.
For special projects or kits requiring deposits, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery unless otherwise stated in a signed sales agreement.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and lead times vary based on destination, load size, and carrier availability.
Estimated shipping dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon pickup or delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon arrival and reporting any visible damages within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Claims
All FSS panel kits are pre-configured and made to order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, all sales are final.
Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to fulfillment.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only at the discretion of FSS based on the circumstances of the claim.
7. Installation Disclaimer
Most FSS panel kits are designed for DIY assembly and small-scale projects. Customers are responsible for following all published FSS installation guidelines and safety instructions provided with their kits.
FSS is not responsible for issues arising from improper installation, handling, site preparation, or concrete application performed by the user or third parties.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
FSS products are warranted to meet the stated manufacturing specifications at the time of shipment.
FSS makes no other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Use of FSS products in any structural or load-bearing application must comply with applicable building codes and be approved by a licensed professional if required by local regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FSS, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, project delays, or property damage arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

All content on this Site, including logos, product names, designs, text, and images, are the intellectual property of FSS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or displayed without prior written permission.
11. User Accounts & Conduct
